Almost what I am looking for. The divisions makes it a killer though because essentially $300 of the $1600 buy in cannot be won by 12 of 16 teams (each team can only win their division); if you get stacked in a good division, you may be the 2nd best team and still not win money. Something to consider, but seems like you have a good group.
