General information is as follows:

Offense Only (No IDP)
Use MFL for startup draft
Use ESPN for hosting & League Management
Use League Safe for League Funds Management
$100 buy in per year, $50 must be paid in advance to trade next year's rookie picks
We will randomize an order to start, that order will be the order we use to select our draft spots. Once the spots are selected we will snake draft using the slots with the reverse order being the 2015 rookie draft order.
