These are the options I typically use:

1st: $700 2nd: $300 3rd: $100 Most Points: $100

1st: $750 2nd: $350 3rd: $100

1st: $650 2nd: $350 3rd: $200

1st: $600 2nd: $300 3rd: $100 Most Points: $100 Reg Season Champ: $100

Rules are posted. Never had anyone push back on voting on payouts in probably 10 years of doing this.
