I’ll have to pass on this one. Too much going on right now. Sorry guys. I’ll get in the next one.

Good luck to all!

Now that the Kutta buzzsaw is out I'm in.   :P     CT:  sand101

@shuke and I have been playing slow paced games since the last one, so at least I can't claim I haven't touched a board in a while when I get creamed.

6 rounds. Please if you join, be willing to commit to playing all 6 rounds at a relatively quick pace. We use Chess Time; please post your Chess Time name. Tia
Pretty sure I took years 1-4. In again!

I'll play.  Just had some good chess matches in the park.  I'll add my chesstime name after I make one.

What?  It's Christmas in July!!

In...Psychopav

I am ready to dominate!!

@Zow I'll start something after work.

I think Zow is rated 4172 vs. my effective 450, so getting my thrashing out of the way quickly will be good.

Pav defeats Nick Vermeil in some sort of queen's gambit accepted variant.

Thanks. Be sure to post this game when it’s completed; I love complicated endgames.
Can do.  I'm itching to throw it into an analyzer and see how I did.  I think I'm playing a pretty good game and it will be interesting to see where I did screw up.

Also I played as black in this.  The machine set it and we just went with it.

I can't think of a single mistake you've made so far. I think I blundered missing that bishop early on in the game but,. well, I was enjoying myself on the golf course so can't complain.

I just finished a lengthy mediation but should be able to make some moves this afternoon. Been a great game so far.

Yep - that was a definite blunder on my part with the bishop/queen fork.  Thanks for being sauced and missing it.   I also think early on moving my knight to d5 instead of b4 was a mistake.  It really hemmed my development on that side and made me defend, desperately, for 35 moves.  Getting my bishop off the back line on move 30 was a celebration in and of itself.

Edit:  Sand defeats Woz.
