The NFL-Sim Dynasty League (NFLSDL) is a PPR, non-IDP fantasy football money league that launched this year alongside Reality Sports Online's inaugural year of service. We're currently looking to fill a team vacancy with an active, competitive fantasy football addict w/ auction format experience.

In short, your inaugural season -- 2012 -- will be a challenge but, starting this offseason, you'll have far more salary cap space than your competitors. This means you'll be in the driver's seat during the 2013 free agency auction.
Again, this team needs a lot of love but, given the RSO format, turning it around should not take long. There are no unrestricted free agents (i.e., teams may not extend players whose contracts have expired; save for one franchise tag per team per year).

HOSTING
We have chosen Reality Sports Online (RSO), a new fantasy football hosting service focusing on the simulation of the General Manager manager's role on a professional football franchise, as our league's home. RSO allows us to create and run a contract, salary fantasy football format without the headaches of manual administrative duties- it is all automated. The following is a summary of features:
* Negotiate multi-year contracts live online in the first ever Free Agency Auction Room.
* Scout players
* Draft rookies
* Manage salary cap
* Trade players for draft picks
* Utilize a franchise tag
Being a dynasty contracts/salaries money league, there won't be any contract extensions. Furthermore, all players become unrestricted free agents when their contracts run out. You can, however, Franchise Tag a player.

FEES
RSO charges an annual $10 hosting fee per team. In addition to the hosting fee, NFLSDL's annual league fee is $25- 100% of which is paid out. League fees are managed on LeagueSafe.com for safe keeping and legitimacy. The Payout Rule is Majority Approval (i.e., 51% league vote required for disbursement approval).

The disbursment of the $300 league fee pot is as follows...
* $125; League 1st Place
* $75; League 2nd Place
* $35; League 3rd Place
* $5; Weekly High Scoring Team (13 weeks)

Rookie Draft

* 90 seconds/pick
* All drafted rookies are signed to 4 year contracts
* The NFLSDL will hold a rookie draft each offseason
Free Agent Auction
* 20 seconds for player nominations
* 10 seconds for bid increases
* You may sign up to 2 players to 4 year contracts
* You may sign up to 4 players to 3 year contracts
