I've got a 12 team PPR re-draft league that I need to fill.  Here are the important details

-1 PPR, with bonuses for long scores

-last years site to see rules, settings, etc.: http://www80.myfantasyleague.com/2016/home/15601

-Draft is at 9PM eastern on Tuesday, September 5th

-Draft is standard serpentine draft.  The slots remaining are #8, #9, and #12.

-$200 entry fee paid through leaguesaafe. No other fees.  All money is paid out in prize pool except site management fee to myfantasyleague.com.  

-Payouts are as follows

Champ  29%

Runner up 14% 

Third Place 7%

1st Place overall total points (wk 1-16): 29%

Second place overall total pts 14%

Third place overall total pts 7%

why are draft spots not randomized

if they were randomized, why didn't you wait till filled.. every league I'm in, draft spots are filled and paid, before randomizing..

Every year on week 17 we have a contest to determine draft order for the following year.  Every team chooses a lineup of any players that they want using our lineup rules.  Highest score gets first choice of their draft slot the following season. Second highest gets second, etc. 

We already allocated the slots based on the contest.  New owners are granted a choice on a first come first served basis.

sorry, makes no sense for someone (last years owners) to be playing for a draft spot, when they haven't even paid next year's dues
