Offense and Defense scoring are designed to be very balanced. INT, Sacks and Fumbles forced and recovered are worth 6pts. 7 of the top 30 scorers are IDPs. You can be competitive from either O or D in this league.
Here is a link to the MFL site. The team available is Pitbull Smokers. Guys on the IR are actually his restricted free agents. You have matching rights and in some cases receive rookie draft picks as compensation for losing and RFA.
