Here is a copy/paste of the rules as well as our payouts spreadsheet from last year. The league fee for an owner is $350 and we'll do the random draft pick generator as soon as we get a commitment from a 12th owner. Top four owners are paid out the winnings except for a weekly high score ($25) and a yearly high score fee ($250). Happy to email you the payout report for last season.
