e.     41-110 yard receiving/passing TD – 5 points

4.     Defense and Kicker scoring pretty standard

Key rules to the league:

1.     You MUST start a rookie every week.  The rookie can be any position besides a kicker.  If your lineup is illegal by the end of the week, you will forfeit that week and lose any points awarded for the week.

2.     $3/transaction.  Each player acquired via waivers is $3 and each trade (no player limit) is $3. I will collect an extra $90 for these transactions.  If you are to reach that limit, you may no longer acquire players via trade or waivers.  Any left over will be reimbursed at the end of the season.

3.     $60 league entry fee goes to the regular season pot.  There are no playoffs for this pot.  The top 3 teams by H2H record will be paid out (tiebreaker goes to team with most points, followed by division record, etc.). *Note there is a $30 MFL fee

a.     1st - 325

b.     2nd - $200

c.      3rd - $90

d.     Top QB - $25

e.     Top RB - $25

f.      Top WR - $25

4.     The transaction fees will be pooled in to the playoffs pot, which will occur during the actual NFL Playoffs.  The top 8 teams from the regular season will advance to the playoffs where the top seed from each division receives a first round bye.  All of the bottom 4 teams’ players will be put back in the free agent pool where we will hold a waiver wire type draft.  The order will be decided from worst to first and will be a snake order (8th-1st, 1st-8th, 8th-1st).  It is not the commissioner’s responsibility for owners to place waiver requests during this time, as there will be ample time to make claims (Monday after week 17 to Saturday morning prior to the games and so on for each following week).  *Note there is a $50 MFL fee

a.     Wild Card Weekend will involve the bottom 6 teams (excluding the top two seeds) and the top 4 scores will advance.  This weekend is not to be decided by H2H matchups.

b.     Divisional Weekend will involve the top 2 seeds and the 4 teams that advanced from the previous round.   The top 4 scores will again advance. This weekend is not to be decided by H2H matchups.  The 2 teams eliminated during the Wild Card Weekend will forfeit their players. The waivers going into the Divisional Weekend will be decided at random, but still in a snake draft order.

c.      Conference Weekend will involve the 4 teams that advanced from the previous round.  These will be H2H matchups involving the highest seed from the regular season facing the lowest seed from the regular season and the other two teams then facing each other.  The 2 teams eliminated during the Divisonal Weekend will forfeit their players.  The waivers going into the Conference Weekend will be decided at random, but still in a snake draft order.

d.     Super Bowl Weekend will involve the remaining 2 teams from the previous round.  This will be a H2H matchup.  The 2 teams eliminated during the Conference Weekend will forfeit their players.  The waivers going into the Super Bowl Weekend will be decided at random, but still in a snake draft order.

e.     Payout:

                                               i.     1st – 65%

                                              ii.     2nd – 25%

iii.     Top score Wild Card Weekend (top seeds not included) – 5%

iv.     Top score Divisional Weekend – 5%
