Looking to start up a 12 team dynasty. I haven't hashed out all the rules yet but most are:
We will have a auction for our startup draft. I'm still trying to figure out how to set one up so that it goes quickly. I don't want a month long auction. We will probably have a $200 cap, and 20 man rosters.
However, we will not have contracts.
Starting lineup will be 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE Flex, 1 OP(going to be a QB majority of time)
To balance superflex, QB scoring will be 4 pts a TD and 1 pt per 25 yards
Weighted PPR scoring: 0.5 RB, 1 WR, 1.5 TE
Otherwise standard: 1 pt per 10 yards rushing/receiving, 6 pt TDs
After this year, rookie draft will be held in reverse order of standings(1-12, 1-12, etc). There will be 3 round rookie draft.
For the bottom 4 teams in the league, there will be a "Toilet Bowl", and the winner will receive pick 1.13(but not 2.13 or 3.13)
In season, we will have blind bidding. The budget will probably be 200, and waivers will run every week.
That probably covers the basics, but if I've missed anything, you can let me know in the comments and I'll reply.
Will probably be a free or low money ($20) league.
Looking for active guys that will at least log on every day to check trades, etc. I don't like seeing when leaguemates haven't logged on for weeks.
I've played dynasty quite a while, but I've never been a commish. I haven't set anything in stone, so all rules are open to change, and I am open to suggestions. PM or reply here if you have interest and I'll create a list. Thanks
