I'm sure this will be a stupid question but...

The dispersal draft will be between the 7 new owners?

Then there will be a slow draft starting on July 31st?

Also, I saw "Home Field Advantage" for teams in the playoffs but didn't see anything in the scoring. I was just wondering what the advantage is?

The slow draft is the rookie draft but that may be pushed into August. The homefield advantage is in case all tie breakers are even.
