12 Team PPR Startup Dynasty (1 Viewer)

I am starting up a brand new 12 team PPR dynasty league, nothing fancy just a fairly standard league. The catch is that I've grown tired of taking part in leagues where the enthusiasm for the league either dies quickly after the initial startup draft, or dies out slowly over time due to owners dropping out, commissioners not caring enough or the league flat out folding due to the commissioner and/or owners. Frankly, I've experienced too many of these leagues and have grown tired of them, so I've now taken it upon myself to run my own league. I really want to avoid the same mistakes I've seen other commissioners make and do this the right way. My goal is to find 12 owners who have proven to be committed to dynasty leagues for multiple years, and also remain enthusiastic about their dynasty teams over a long period of time. I'd like to run a league with people who are active in the trade market and enjoy talking some football with fellow fans. Our draft will be a slow draft done online beginning after the completion of the NFL draft. The reason why I've begun recruiting this early is because I'm interested in screening for quality owners and am willing to be patient with process of filling the league in order to find the best group of 12 owners possible.

I'm interested. However, I do have a question for you. Why is this your only post? Not attacking just have to be careful with things. Send me an PM and we can discuss things further.

I will take a look at the league and bylaws then update this post. 

Edit: Going through the bylaws and some of my thoughts. The IR spot should only be for guys with the IR tag. I just went through this is another league. It was pretty much unanimous. The "out" tag just gets used in the IR spot way too much. Also, trade able FAD is nice and since they don't carry over, trading them away won't upset the balance of the league. Also, the roster size seems to be 25 but the start up draft is 23 rounds. 

I'm in also a carbon copy of this league. Love it. It was developed the exact same way as a screening process for only the most active owners. Funny thing is we ended up having to replace the commish because of inactivity.

Point of Information: I agree with Borden, IR must be IR only, very slippery slope otherwise. 

Have more suggestions to tweak verbiage. I've been a very active participant since 1987.
