LEAGUE STRUCTURE)
League will consist of 12 or 14 teams.. We will not have divisions in the 1st season (this is up for discussion.. once we get league filled) Once we get the initial number of owners. That's what the size of our league will be. This league has a 13 week regular season.. With Playoffs running week 14-16
This is league is a Victory points league.
Each week during the regular season the points will be broken down as follows:
Win= 2 points
Tie= 1 point
Loss= 0 points
Top 4 scoring teams= 2 points
Teams 5-8= 1 points
Teams 9-12= 0 points

Salary cap setup)
$100 cap with 20 man roster
If you release a player, you take a 50% cap hit for that season.. Drop Manning who has salary of $14.. You still get $7 applied to your salary cap
From February 8th (day after Super Bowl) to February 29th, we will have a dead period.. No trades, drops, anything will go on during that time. Being in 8 leagues.. And commish in 5 of them.. I need some time off..
March 1st-March 31st.. You can drop up to 5 players.. And not have a cap hit (April 1st at midnight PT.. The 50% cap hit is back
Player salaries)
In the initial 2015 draft.. The players 2015 salaries will be what they were bid for..
Each year the salary will increase based on players performance the previous season..
Finish in top 5 at position= 10% increase
6-10 at position= 9% increase
11-15 at position= 8% increase
16-20 at position= 7% increase
21-25 at position= 6% increase
26-30 at position= 5% increase
31-35 at position= 4% increase
36-40 at position= 3% increase
41-45 at position= 2% increase
46-50 at position = 1% increase
All salaries will be dollars and cents.. example.. You get Andrew Luck for $26 and next year he finishes as #2 scoring QB.. His 2016 salary will be $26+10%=$28.60
LEAGUE FEES)
The yearly league fee will be $50 + $25 deposit for the next season. The $25 is non refundable and becomes league money. It will be used to entice a replacement owner if needed. We will all agree on future payment deadlines. I already have the site fee covered for the 2015 season. In future seasons.. We will split the cost by our owners.
ROSTERS)
Will be 20 player max on active roster (9 starters, 11 bench spots, 3 IR these don't count towards 20 player max
Will have 3 IR spots (Player must be on NFL's "IR" list to be placed on IR) This link will be used for the above rule: http://football27.myfantasyleague.com/2015/injury?L=56204
Players on IR can be traded Once the NFL removes the player from IR, Out or Suspended status.. The owner has 24 hrs to remove the player from the IR list.
Roster minimum is 10 players.

PLAYOFFS)
The top 6 teams (by victory points) will advance to the playoffs (Picks 7-12 in 2016 Rookie draft will be decided in this playoff) Winner gets 12th pick on down
If a tie occurs in either playoffs ( Standings order/Tie breaker will go into effect)
The #1 and #2 seeds will get a bye, and will not play until week 15
Week 14, 3 vs 6 and 4 vs 5
Week 15, 1 vs 4-5 winner, 2 vs 3-6 winner
Week 16, 1st, 3rd and 5th place games
The bottom 6 will also have a playoff (this will decide our top 6 picks for the 2016 Rookie draft) Winner will get #1 pick and so on
The #11 and #12 seeds will get a bye, and will not play until week 15

Every owner will nominate a player..
