No IDP, no contracts. There will be 20 college/developmental players available for the initial draft. This includes high school players if you'd like. You may draft as many college players as you'd like (including zero), until the 20th player is off the board. Subsequent rookie drafts permit only 10 college players to be drafted per rookie draft. This prevents the progressive devaluation of future rookie picks. There is no limit to how many developmental players may be on one owner’s team. Standings are determined by Victory Points. Every week, your team can get up to 4 VP's as follows:

A win = 2 VP

A tie = 1 VP

A loss = 0 VP

Top 4 scoring teams = 2 VP

Middle 4 scoring teams = 1 VP

Lowest 4 scoring teams = 0 VP

LSUmark, "You say its a start up league however you already have people making moves?"

We actually started this league before the NFL draft. Then the commish said had some personal issues and he would no longer be able to do the job. The future of the league went into question and some people left. A bunch of us still wanted to keep going so I stepped up, we reset the rosters out of fairness to newcomers and we're ready to roll.

 
This league got off to a great start and we had a very good original draft a few months ago. The problem was that our original commish left and things were in flux for a while and a few people left the league. Thankfully, Mike B has stepped up and is commishing this league along with the original owners that were still interested in staying in the league. So we have all forfeited our teams that we originally drafted(that we all liked) and are hoping to give it another shot. Would love to see this league up and running with some good owners, so if you are interested, give Mike B a shout.
