We are several years into the above league and had some turnover - basic rules allow for teams to keep 0-3 players off their 18 man roster BUT no players from the first 3 rounds may ever be kept and you must give up 2 rounds higher than last year to keep a player - max 3 year contracts.
The first team leaving has the overall #3 pick this year - players on team that can be kept are guys like Adrian Peterson MIN for a 2nd round pick, Vernon Davis for a 4th round pick and Vince Young for a 9th round pick - this team is marked as ***FOR SALE***.
The other team ***FOR SALE 2*** has the 4th overall pick this year - guys that may be keepers are Marshawn Lynch for a 2nd round pick, Braylon Edwards for a 3rd round pick and Jericho Cotchery for a 14th round pick.
