It is currently set up for 20 as some people will request an invite and then never respond. ESPN requires a spot reserved for all invites so this will allow teams not to tie up a spot if they dont intend to play. The first 12 to pay via Leaguesafe are in. All other teams will then be removed. Leaguesafe will only take 12 payments so if you are able to make a payment spots are still available.
