They actually are very similar and make a lot of sense if you reread them. The theme is bottom line, spare me the labor show me the baby, time is money, it's easy to connect the dots here. I am simply saying for better or for worse I have reached a point where I don't need a positive review or pat on the head for everything I plan on doing or purchasing in life if I need to widen this to the slightly silly. You see these people read all the fake reviews and a few real ones over at Amazon trying to figure out if they really want to gamble on purchasing it thru the mail...it's SO HARD!!!Dickies said:These may be the 3 most incoherent posts made in a row. I've read them all multiple times and have no idea WTF you are talking about.Ministry of Pain said:You can feel that way but I have limited time on this Earth. You can find a crust of bread in a trash dump, doesn't make it a good place to look for a meal. I cut folks off when I think I have heard enough. Why listen to them ramble when you know the talking point they are getting to. And that is what is frustrating at times with different folks. I have a lot of close friends who know to get to the point quickly or else I will do it for them...AnonymousBob said:This is terrible logic.Ministry of Pain said:FTR: I believe it's important to focus in on the mental health angle than the terrorist link. This will not be nor has it been an isolated incident. I think mentally unstable folks to begin with are going to find ISIS or the jihadist brand potentially appealing to launch some of their sick twisted ideas into action. So in one sense you can say I have short attention span I can't argue with you there, most of my friends will tell you I listen to the first few seconds and then fill in the blanks form there based on my life lessons. That might not be right but its gotten me pretty far in life I would say.Jayrod said:Officer Pete Malloy said:Ministry of Pain said:Let's get back to these 14 victims, 17 others wounded trying to pull through and also it still seems premature to lump this into global terrorism. The more we learn the more it seems like the jihadist factor wasn't the actual back story. It might have been an obvious trigger point but it seems like this individual might have had some serious mental problems long before he began to possibly worship ISIS.
I do agree with the notion that others have presented that we don't want to run around demonizing Muslims, if I portrayed that idea in any way I do apologize. That said, we need to be honest about the majority of the folks carrying out the attacks. If we had lifelong Americans who were Christians and suddenly switching religions and carrying out terrorist acts then we might have some reason to not be as profiling as we are. When Shirley the Soccer Mom comes walking into the Publix strapped with a suicide vest loaded with explosives a handful of times...then maybe I will start profiling them more.Way to focus on the victims for half a sentence.

He exhibits less focus than my 9 year old son.
Cast iron cookware accept no substitutes...or I can listen to every pitchman that comes down the pike and tries to convince me that whatever the new latest and greatest is better so I spend hours of my time and money trying it and then learn just like the other 99 inferior products before it that I shouldn't have even wasted my time to begin with or I could learn a real lesson here and have cut this person off to begin with and just said no thanks I know better.
You see we have forgotten to teach our young folks that there really are some things in life that are real like Newton's Law of Gravity. We don't need to keep debating it, we know it happens and is working, we can see it right in front of us. But we now teach youngsters to constantly question themselves and look for some answer that either doesn't exist or is sitting right in front of us. I instill in my students to think for themselves and not allow themselves to be easily persuaded by those that don't have their(students) best interests.
Children love to do this to me as a teacher...they start whipping up a good story and I'll say "Is all this so you can go to the bathroom?"...and then they start hemming and hawing and "Welllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll" OK so let's just cut the shenanigans and get to the point. "I told you when you finish that math problem you are working on you can go." I'm using basic examples but you get the idea. I don't need to hear anything else from a Catholic Priest the rest of my life. I studied it all, grew up in the church, understand the message, I'm good and I reject most of it. I don't need a fresh look at the material is what I'm saying.
I'm simply saying make a decision and move forward, don't second guess everything all the time. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it. Most people can't likely do much to change the outcome once they are trapped in a building with armed gunman however they do say the 1st 5 seconds and the reaction of the folks is critical. If you think cooperating with folks armed with automatic weapons and body armor that doesn't say P-O-L-I-C-E across the front and back of it is a good idea, you might want to rethink it or read up what seems to be happening to folks in these situations but cooperation or giving them your wallet does not seem to be a viable option so that leaves running for your life, hiding and praying, or finally returning fire which I think would definitely put a dent in the amount of damage these folks can inflict.
These 2 pieces of dog excrement knew there would be little to no armed security that could return fire, they were cowards to the very end.
