First off, before giving consideration to wanting to join in this league. You must understand that this type of structure (developmental player dynsaty) is ONLY FOR THE ACTIVE, DIEHARD DYNASTY PLAYERS. There are guys who are drafting players who just completed their Freshmen season of college ball. We have an 8-10 year outlook on this dynasty, so if your goal is to come in and try to cash in and run then by all means this is not the league for you. I will be very protective of the integrity of this league and my leaguemates, which is the primary reason that there is a significant deposit attached to the 1st two years, and it is non-refundable. The deposits are added to Years 4-6 to reduce the overall entry fee on those years while still maintaining the same annual payout, based on $125 annual entry. So please take note, PLAN TO BE AROUND FOR 8-10 YEARS FOR THIS TYPE OF LEAGUE AND YOU ARE EXPECTED TO LOG IN DAILY TO RESPOND TO TRADE OFFERS AND OTHER INQUIRIES. VOTING ON LEAGUE ISSUES IS MANDATORY. ONLY SERIOUS PLAYERS NEED TO INQUIRE! Thank U!

14 Team Dynasty League (2 Conferences)

22 player rosters (incl. 20 development/college players available for the league)

Developmental Players can only be acquired during inaugural draft, via trade, or subsequent developmental drafts. The total active roster size will be capped at 22 players for the first 2 seasons, at which time roster expansion shall be considered by league vote. Developmental players are any players that have completed at least 1 season of collegiate football who will not be entering the NFL draft during the year of our league’s draft. Developmental players do not accumulate stats for your team as they are simply reserve players until they enter the NFL and play in actual NFL games.

Taxi Squad

There will be 2 taxi squad spots available to use for developmental players only. Teams rostering more than 2 developmental/college players will have to place the additional developmental players on their active roster. Current NFL players are NOT eligible for the taxi squad.

Inagural Draft: To be held Sunday night, April 25th (NFL draft weekend). Draft will consist of 22 Rounds with all 20 developmental player selections as well as all drafted/undrafted rookies available to be drafted during this inaugural draft. Developmental Players must be selected as a “write-in” by selecting an unknown “scrub” player and attaching the Developmental Player’s name in the comments section of the draft pick (found under Owners  Draft  Make Draft Pick, not in the “Live Draft Room”). There will be an 8-hr timer for each selection of the draft once on the clock. The timer will be suspended from 10:00PM (PST) to 5:00AM (PST).

Rookie/FA Draft: To be held after the NFL draft each year, tentatively scheduled for early May. Draft will consist of 3 Rounds each offseason with the allotted Developmental Players available for selection. The number of allotted Developmental Players is equal to (20 - # of rostered Developmental Players NOT entering the NFL draft). E.g., if 12 developmental players are rostered and will not be entering the upcoming NFL draft of that season (i.e., returning to college), then there will be 8 developmental player selections available in the Rookie/FA draft. Draft order will be determined by the final standings (playoffs). The winner of the Consolation Bowl will receive the 4th overall selection, in case a lower seed (last three place finishers in the reg. season) wins the Consolation Bowl, the runner-up (or next highest Consolation Bowl finisher not in the bottom 3 of the regular season) will receive the 4th overall selection. The remainder of the Top 7 draft picks will be determined by the regular season inverse order of finish (Total Points). Draft picks 8-14 will be determined by the final standings in the Championship Bracket (inverse order of finish).
