How much BB$ would you need for the 1.14 and 4.14 in a 14-team IDP dynasty?

We get a $75 reload after each RFA period.

I am assuming you are asking how much BB money would it take to trade those picks?

I don't think I trade picks for BB money but I don't know the types of players and values of those players on waivers. Generally speaking I would rather have draft picks than BB money but league size and availability would come into play.
