Fairly standard PPR, with slightly higher QB scoring. My other leagues were getting boring with how equal the QBs are projected with 4 pt passing TD, so I kicked this one up a little bit to make the decisions between positions harder.
Funds will be on LeagueSafe w/ majority approval. Payouts will be to top 4.
