5) One of the teams has a poor record and is trading away similar or better players than they are receiving to a team with a better record. An 0-7, 0-6, 0-5, 1-6, are 1-5 are considered poor records.
6) A trade involves a player in a Thursday game and the deadline to make the trade for the week has passed.
