Papa Bear Memorial Dynasty League, in it's 16th year, is looking for three dedicated replacement owners to take over orphaned franchises.

League details:

16 team, $55 yearly fee, PPR, IDP, 37 man roster plus 4 rookie-only taxi spots and 6 IR (in season)

A Replacement Owner Draft (or Dispersal Draft) is held so as to avoid the pitfalls of strong/weak team vacancies and to allow new team owners a sense of freedom and strategy as they set out in the league.

$52 will be required to take over one of the open franchises.

The ROD will consist of all players currently rostered by the open teams, all players available in the Free Agent Pool at the start of the ROD, as well as the following draft picks:

New owners will be awarded one of the vacant franchises at random, with roster management capabilities (adds, drops, trades etc.) turned off.  Once the openings have been filled, and funds received, the ROD will be scheduled.
