Papa Bear Memorial Dynasty League, in it's 18th year, is looking for one more dedicated replacement owner to take over an orphaned franchise.

League details:

16 team, $55 yearly fee, PPR, IDP, 39 man roster plus 5 rookie-only taxi spots and 6 in-season IR.

          Franchise 16 (Bazooka Squirrels) - FILLED

$74 will be required to take over the last remaining open franchise for the next two seasons ($36 savings).  Two of the vacant teams traded a bunch of their picks, including at least one 2023 pick.  As a result, the ROD will include '22 & '23 picks from the participating teams.

A Replacement Owner Draft (or Dispersal Draft) is held so as to avoid the pitfalls of strong/weak team vacancies and to allow new team owners a sense of freedom and strategy as they set out in the league.

A replacement owner's draft will be held once all three openings are filled.  Established team, Skol Sister will be participating in the ROD as well.

The ROD draft pool will consist of:
- All players currently rostered by Open Team 5, Open Team 11, Bazooka Squirrels and Skol Sister
- All available free agents, at the time of the ROD

New owners are awarded vacant franchises at random, with roster management capabilities (adds, drops, trades etc.) turned off.  Once all the openings have been filled, and funds received, the ROD will be scheduled.
