16 Team Empire Dynasty Start up PPR TEP $35 via LeagueSafe, 2 years up front 1st place $350, 2nd Place $150 $60 each year goes to the Empire Pot. 4 Divisions with each Division winner making the playoffs. Rookie draft separate in reverse of startup.  4 hour slow Draft ASAP After 5 years the top 2 teams will split Empire pot 70/30. Points are earned by accumulating points each year in the following categories  by position i.e. 1st gets 16 points, 16th place gets 1 point.
