16 Team IDP, Dynasty Opening ($20) (1 Viewer)

This is a big league, with big rosters, so it's a challenge. There are 45 man rosters, 11 defensive staters and return yards (kickoffs are 1pt/40 yards and punts are 1pt/20 yards). I'm looking for an experienced owner who is willing to put some time into a deep league, if you only have a couple posts and just reply that you'll take the team you won't be considered. Give me something more to go on if you haven't posted much.

The league is going into it's 3rd year, it's pretty active and there are some very strong owners with a lot of experience. There are blind bid waivers with fcfs during the season and in the offseason there are monthly blind bid waivers.

The open team has some solid pieces in place (AP, Rodgers) but needs some depth and a defensive overhaul. The team drafts at 1.05 and has all of their picks. Entry is $20 per year through leaguesafe.

I have a few questions.

Looks like there is no player draft. Is that correct? Making the rookie draft, FA, and trades as the only ways to adjust your roster? How do you like that aspect of the league?

Is the blind bidding money real dollars that get paid to the league? When does the blind bidding money reset? How many owners are subscribed to Football Guys? Odd question I know but the reason I use it is so in my other leagues we aren't all using the same generic tools from ESPN.

It's dynasty so that about says it all. If you are in pretty much any dynasty, ESPN isn't going to help you, and with a deep league like this you need to know a lot more. The owners came from FBG, DLF and FFX. Most had over a thousand posts.
