I am in a 16 team league and have the number 2 pick in the draft. In my league most owners draft QB's in the first two rounds, I am planning on waiting until the 4th or 5th round to get my QB. What should I look to do? Stock upon RB's early?

Maybe this post needs to be moved, either way, I would love to see this discussion continued. Particularly to see if the NFL has changed since 2007, eg. the value of QBs, the rise of the RBBC etc. I love the thoughts in the other thread posted but would love to see more.
