I have 6 openings in a 16 team startup dynasty league. $20 league dues. There is a lot going on in this league. It is a salary cap using NFL real salaries and cap. It is also a Devy league with up to 10 college players. It is a Head to Head points with IDP and a balanced scoring system to win with offense or defense. 40 man rosters with 10 minors for the college players. Rookie draft each year after initial season.
