Delanie Walker will play (8:32 a.m. ET): ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that TE Delanie Walker (shoulder, questionable) will play for the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. Still, with the news that Charlie Whitehurst will be starting at quarterback, Walker's fantasy appeal is limited. He is our No. 7 tight end, but keep in mind that's a more generous ranking due to six teams being on bye, two of those teams possessing tight ends I'd clearly have ranked higher had they played this week.
