So for now, Saints TE Jimmy Graham is expected to play, though not expected to start due to shoulder injury. Will test injury in pregame.

Per PFT:

Jay Glazer of FOX said that Graham told him he was playing today, and didn’t even need to test his injured shoulder before the game to know that.

Graham is certainly still in pain, and it will be interesting to see how the Saints plan to use him, if he’s able to play the whole field or just in the red zone.

Jay glazers saying Graham told him he didn't even plan on testing out the shoulder this morning. Was playing no matter what.

A lot of bad information on this for 2 weeks. I don't even know where this new info about him playing only 3rd downs and red zone came from. Seems like every reporter falling all of eachother to make up something and then run with it.

Jimmy Graham (shoulder) is officially active for the Saints' Week 7 matchup with the Lions.

Figured some wanted real news and didnt care what people were doing witht heir teams.

This just popped up a minute ago:

New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton said Sunday morning that star tight end Jimmy Graham will play against the Detroit Lions but that the team will be smart in how it uses him.

Looks like he's definitely playing. I'm guessing if he feels good, they'll use him more. If he starts hurting, he'll be out early.

Did he warmup? IIRC, last year he looked good in warmups and went off on the Jets.
