New 12 Team Dynasty League - We are into round 23 of a 26 round draft that had 2 owners quit. Long story short - league is a 1 PPR for RB's & WR's with 1.5 PPR for TE's. The scoring was setup incorrectly for PPR for TE's & for owners drafting by looking at the 2013 stats....they thought that TE's were that much more valuable & drafted more veteran TE's. When it was discovered that the scoring was not setup correctly it was corrected but it was after the draft was almost complete. Instead of voting on the option of doing a redraft 2 owners just quit. I did refund their entry fee so a new owner would have to pay the entry fee $100 + the $6 MFL website fees. This is a 100% payout league - $1200 gets paid out.
The 2 open team's rosters will be combined & the 2 new owners will have a dispersal draft. The 2 new owners can take the player/pick of their choice when they are on the clock or they can trade that pick with any team in the league to get a player off another team. So even though you are taking over a team you are drafting & trading for guys that you like.
Once dispersal draft is completed we will resume the draft & finish out the last 3 rounds of the draft.
A separate rookie draft will be held 1-2 weeks after the NFL Draft. So if you draft a rookie pick in the dispersal draft....you will have that pick in the rookie draft that will be held the 2nd or 3rd week of May.
The 10 owners we have in this league are very active - with lots of trading. We only want owners that get on the website fairly often & are year round dynasty owners - even in the offseason & will respond to trade offers, etc. If you are an owner that doesn't log on to a dynasty league website for months this league will not be a good fit for you.

There will 26 roster spots. No owner can have more than three defenses on their roster.

1 pt per 20 yards passing
1 pt per 10 yards rushing/receiving,
Wide Receivers receive 1 pt per reception
Running Backs receive 1 pt per reception
Tight Ends receive 1.5 pts per reception

6 pts per Offensive Fumble Recovery TD
2 pts for every 2 point conversion passed, rushed or received
-2 pts for every pass interception thrown
-2 pts for every fumble lost to opponent
Decimal scoring will be utilized.

DIVISIONS
There will be two divisions. After the championship game of every fifth season the divisions will be randomly re-drawn.
ROOKIE DRAFTS SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFTS
During the initial draft - 3 rounds of draft picks will be included in the draft (1 thru 36). So after the startup draft there will be a subsequent rookie draft 1-2 weeks after the NFL Draft in May.
In the future, the order of the rookie draft will be determined in two ways.
The 6 teams not making the playoffs will receive the first 6 picks in the draft based on the Potential Points calculated by MFL. The team with the lowest amount of Potential Points will pick first followed by the team with the second most Potential Points and so on.
For the 6 teams making the playoff the Super Bowl champ will receive pick 12 and the Super Bowl runner up pick 11. Picks 7-10 will be based on playoff seeding with the playoff team closest to the 6th seed picking 7, the next team picking 8th and so on.
The rookie drafts will not be serpentine; the second round will go back to the same order as the first round. There will be three rounds of drafting, but teams are not required to make a pick. The rookie draft will take place about three weeks after the NFL draft.
SUPPLEMENTAL DRAFTS
Whenever the NFL has a Supplemental Draft, we will also have our own Supplemental Draft approximately 1 week later. Our Supplemental Draft will be setup in a thread with bids made publicly in an auction sytle format open for approximately 2 days. Bids for a player can be made using the team's following season's draft picks still owned (any picks acquired/lost through trade are not eligible to be bid). Highest bid gets the player and loses the pick that was bid at the end of said season. Reverse order of final standings will be used to determined value picks in the same round.
WAIVERS
Waivers will be processed on Wednesday evenings at 10PM Eastern during the season through Week 16. The waivers order will be determined on a worst to first basis(Overall Winning Percentage -> Total Points Scored -> Head-to-head record -> Reverse order of opponent total points scored). Each week, after one round of waivers is completed, waivers will turn to first come, first served until the kickoff of each player that is added game. If a player is dropped they will not be able to be picked up until the final week of waivers. Waivers will remain open throughout the year on a 1st come basis, other than during the rookie draft at which time they are closed. After the draft is complete, we will have one round of waivers based on the prior year's Potential Points (worst to first) This will happen two days from the draft's completion. Immediately following waivers, teams will be able to pick up players on a first come basis.

Lineup submission deadline has been set as 'Gametime'-Players are locked at scheduled kickoff of their game.
Player positions are determined by the league management site and are considered final.
REGULAR SEASON
There will be a thirteen-week regular season schedule, followed by three weeks of play-offs. Each team plays their 5 divisional opponents twice & 3 of the other division teams once. If two or more teams are tied for a division championship the tie breaker will be total points scored followed by the reverse order of opponent total points scored. Two divisions winners get 1st week bye.
