Have two openings in a 5th year 12 Team Dynasty PPR league with Developmental Players

1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 FLEX, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 DST

An explanation of the developmental players can be found in the bylaws section at the above link. You are basically drafting a college player to your team. He must be eligible to enter the NFL the following year. Each year, there will be two separate drafts. One for rookies and one for developmental players.
Once the two teams are filled, I will hold a dispersal draft between the two owners. The developmental picks will also be available during the draft.
