If you're looking for the ultimate fantasy football league experience, look no further than The House Rules. Since 1998, we have offered the best and most realistic opportunity to own your own franchise without having to pay billions of dollars to acquire it. Our league uses a salary cap, both offensive and defensive players, 40 roster spots, long-term contracts, an annual rookie draft w/rookie contracts, franchise tags, keeper tags, restricted free agency and blind-bid style unrestricted free agency.
We currently have two franchise available for the right new owners. This league is fun, challenging, and the owners are highly competitive.
The annual entry fee is $100.00. All collected funds are reimbursed other than the $70 we pay for the website. First place is awarded $800, 2nd place $380, 3rd place $150, Pick 'Em Pool winner $100, Survivor Pool winner $100.

Each year our league off-season begins in March. Many trades take place in preparation for and during our annual rookie draft (May). Once mid-July rolls around we are off and running with restricted free agency, trades, cuts, and our unrestricted free agency draft which runs right up to the first week of the season (see rulebook or calendar). Every owner we have ever had has swears that this league ruined regular fantasy football leagues for them. Once you play House Rules, nothing else will do!
