League is set up with four conferences of ten teams each (separate drafts) and runs like a 10 team league for the 14 week regular season.  Top four team from each make the playoffs with the conference champs coming together for the final four.

1/2 point per reception.

Fee is $70.  Payouts for division champs, making playoffs, weekly high score, etc.  Overall champ usually gets around $1,000 because payouts are spread around so more than just a few teams get something back.
