This is a dynasty league getting ready to start its 4th season, so the 2 new owners would be taking over teams that already have a majority of the players left by the previous owners. It is a 10-team league. $25 buy-in, will use League Safe or something else that is secure for everyone to deposit their buy-in. The winnings will pay out as such: $10 for weekly high point scorer each week of the 12 week regular season. (Playoffs start week 13, 4 teams in, 2 weeks per matchup). $30 regular season high point scorer overall at regular season end. $35 for regular season best record. $65 to playoffs winner.
As of now, all teams in this league have 16 players on the roster. We have recently voted to balloon the roster sizes to 25 players (plus 2 IR), so we will have a 9 round draft tentatively scheduled for Aug 30. From this point forward, we will cut the rosters from 25 players to 23 before the draft each season.

The starting roster position are: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex (RB/WR/TE), Team Def, K
The scoring settings: (Fractional and negative points are allowed)
-Passing: 1 pt/25 yds, .5 pt/completion, 4 pt/TD, -2 pt/INT, 2 pt/2 pt conversion
-Rushing: 1 pt/10 yds, 6 pt/TD, 2 pt/2 pt conversion
-Receiving: 1 pt/10 yds, .5 pt/reception, 6 pt/TD, 2 pt/2 pt conversion
-Misc.: 1 pt/25 Kickoff or Punt Ret yds, 6 pt/Ret TD, 6 pt/Fumble recovered/returned for TD, -2 pt/fumble lost
