League going into its 3rd year looking for two new owners. Both teams are paid for in 2017, so to ensure future commitment I would like to have the 2018 dues paid instead.

Would have joined if you didn't exlude the 2 teams from the rookie draft this year.

Excluding might not be the right wording when one of the teams did not have any rookie picks and the other choose to abanden the week 2 months after the rookie draft happened. Difficult to do something with as a commish.
