Hey Folks,
I run a league called the Ultimate Small Keeper League. As the name suggests, this league is a small keeper where you can keep a maximum of 5 players per year. The only thing is, you lose the draft pick in the round the player you keep was drafted during last years draft. So this means if you drafted ADP in the first round, who didn't lol, you lose your 1st round pick in this years draft.
Okay, here are some particulars about the league then I'll list the 2 teams up for sale.
** The league fee is $60 and all money is paid out except for the $60 site fee.
** Keepers must be declared no later then July 15th. NOTE: This date might be moved back a little bit if the NFL doesn't get things worked out between now and then.
** No more than 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 K and or 1 Def can be kept. And again, you lose the pick in the round the player was drafted in during last years draft during this years draft.
** Also, players can only be kept for the year AFTER they were drafted. So the players you keep this year wont' be able to be kept next year. We do it this way to keep the draft pool fresh every other year.
** The first 15 rounds of the draft will start on Sunday, July 31st at 12 Noon. 12 hour timer and NO Rookies can be drafted during this section of the draft.
** The final 5 rounds, and the initial round where rookies can be drafted, round 16, will start on Sunday, August 28th.
** Starting Lineups are 1 QB, 1-3 RB's, 1-4 WR's, 0-2 TE's, 1 K and 1 Def.
** Waivers run 3 times a week. 1st Period is a waiver request from Sunday at 1:15 pm to Wed at 10 Pm. 2nd Period is a Waiver request from Wed at 10:15 pm to Sat at 1 Pm. 3rd Period is FCFS from Sat at 1:15 pm to Sunday at 1 Pm. Each team can pick up a maximum of 6 players per WEEK. It's up to each owner how they spread those 6 transactions out between the 3 waiver periods.
** Trading before keepers is allowed, but every player you receive in a trade MUST be kept. Also, NO draft picks may be traded.
** Trading after keepers have been declared is open trading. Trading of draft picks is allowed.

The teams have different numbers of players because the owners dropped some players as soon as the season ended last year. I looked over those players and I highly doubt anyone would keep them. HOWEVER any owner who would like to take over either team, will have the option to see who those players are and decide if they want to keep them. I can let said owner sign into the 2010 league site and look at the transactions for each team.
Also, please keep in mind that these teams do NOT have to keep any players. You can keep all of your picks and then see what you can do in the draft.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in taking on one of these teams, please send an email to LoneWolf1023@aol.com. PLEASE make sure you mentioned the Ultimate Small Keeper League and the name of the team in that email. I have some other teams for sale in other leagues and want to make sure I give you the right team.
