League will be comprised of 12 teams. Once filled, draft picks will be randomized using: http://www.draftpicklottery.com/
- This is to provide a way for owners to have more time than the one hour ESPN allocates to develop a draft strategy.
League Safe will handle all the money collecting and distributing.
Payouts will be: 1st $1440, 2nd $600, 3rd $360.
Draft will be Aug. 22nd @ 1pm sharp, 90 second intervals, and in serpentine order (1-12, 12-1, 1-12, etc.).
Playoffs will be described below.
Trades will be up for review for 2 days and veto will commence with 5 objections. Trade deadline will be Dec. 1, 12 pm.
Waivers will run at 11am on Tuesday, teams will be given $200 bidding dollars to pickup free agents with, min. bid of $3, orders reverses every week.
Unique to this league is the Rookie Keeper concept, any one rookie drafted my be kept next season without costing a draft pick, only a roster spot.
