We need several owners to keep our long-standing (15+ years) running.  I have attached a link to last years mfl site so you can look at the rules, etc.

Scoring is PPR with bonuses for long scores.  Waivers are blind bid. 

There will be a life online draft is Tuesday night at 9PM Eastern time.

Entry fee is $150 + $50 for transaction fees.  Add drops are $3 each.  At the end of the season any unused transaction fees will be reimbursed to the owner.  If the owner does more than $50 worth of transactions they will have to pay the additional amount.

Payouts are as follows: Champion 29%; 2nd place 14%; 3rd place 7%

1st place overall points wk 1-16: 29%; 2nd place overall points wk 1-16: 14%; 3rd place overall points wk 1-16: 7%

It's pretty rare for teams to go over $50 of transactions.  All returning members paid up.  There was one who didn't settle up and is out of the league (it was a small amount <2% of the pot). That's also the reason why we put in the deposit.  Prior to this season (15+ yrs) we just settled up at the end of the season.

Yeah, 8 teams make the playoffs.  The idea is to keep people interested even late in the season.  Since points winners can make a lot of money (points winner gets just as much as playoff champ), the regular season is still rewarded.
