First off, read carefully because a few twists have been added (AND DO NOT SIGNUP HERE). Hopefully we’ve added an option enticing to everyone to choose from.

MBSL1 - Hot Stove League: Here’s the chance for you wheeler dealers to show your stuff. You can trade draft picks, players already selected, or a combination of both. There will only be two restrictions. One, all exchanges must involve the same number of picks/players (no 2 for 1s). Once you’re on the clock, that particular pick may only be traded in the first hour (the guys on the end will be allotted an additional hour for the second pick only). You may trade a pick in advance, but you can’t sit on the clock holding up the draft for an extended period negotiating. For a trade to be official, both owners must confirm the trade in the pick thread. For this to work, we will need 16 active owners. Therefore the draft timer will be set to 4 hours for all picks. The timer will be suspended from 12 midnight EDT to 9 AM EDT and all day Saturday and Sunday. This league is gear toward the hardcore guys without a life. You must have participated in a survivor league before or have an extensive posting history in the Shark Pool to be eligible for this league (in other words, no alias teams). After the last pick is made, you'll have seven days of additional trading available. There will be a separate thread solely for trades. A trade isn't official until it has been confirmed by both owners in that thread. Also, in order for a trade to qualify to meet the mandatory requirement, three different rounds must be included. In otherwords 7.11 and 8.2 for 7.12 and 8.1 does not qualify as a mandatory trade as only two rounds are included.

MBSL2 - I Have A Life League: Pretty simple here. A normal MBSL league with an 8 hour draft timer. The clock will be suspended from midnight EDT until 8 AM EDT and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. A very relaxed league which will hopefully finish the draft before Philly clinches a playoff spot.

MBSL3 - Cumulative Survivor: A slight twist on the elimination. The lowest YTD scoring team will be eliminated every week starting after week 3. No immunity will be in play. Everyone will start with an 8 hour clock. The clock will be suspended every day from 1 AM EDT to 5 AM EDT (this means everyone should have 12 hours over night). If your timer expires, you clock time will be cut in half. The guys at the turn don’t get extra time for the second pick. Clock is on during the weekends.

MBSL4 Warm Stove League: Trading of draft picks only is allowed (not required), but once a player is picked, he can’t be traded. Once you’re on the clock, that particular pick may only be traded in the first two hours (the guys on the end will be allotted an additional hour for the second pick only). Everyone will start with an 8 hour clock. The clock will be suspended every day from 1 AM EDT to 5 AM EDT. If your timer expires, you clock time will be cut in half. The guys at the turn don’t get extra time for the second pick. If your draft clock gets reduced to less then 2 hours, your allotted trade time drops with it. Clock is on for weekends

First come, first serve until a league is full. I will establish a draft order after that at random and then the draft will start. Do not sign up for multiple leagues and no alias sign-ups. If we end up with unclaimed spots, then multiple entries may be an option later.

18 rounds of drafting

No free agent pick ups

Serpentine drafting

No submission of rosters. Each week 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK and 1 Def/ST will be maximized for your weekly score

No limits on draft by position, i.e. you can draft 4 defenses if so inclined

Player Scoring:

Passing TDs = 6 pts

Rushing/receiving TDs = 6 pts

1 pt per 20 yards passing

1 pt per 10 yards rushing/receiving

1 pt per reception (QB/RB/WR)

2 pt per reception (TE)

Kicker Scoring:

3 pts per FG

1 pt per EP

Defense Scoring:

Points Allowed

0 = 5 points

1-6 = 3 points

7-13 = 1 point

14+ = 0 points

Total Yards Allowed

0-199 = 5 points

200-249 = 3 points

250-299 = 1 point

300+ = 0 points

Sack = 1 point

INT/Fumble Recovery = 2 points

Safety = 2 points

TD (inc. ST) = 6 points

Low Score each week for first 13 weeks is booted off (except for the cumulative scoring league). High score gets amnesty for next week. Scores reset each week.

Once there are 3 teams left, there will be no more amnesty.

For weeks 14-end of the season, 1 team will be lost every two weeks.

A prize of message board bragging rights will be given to the winner.

If two teams should tie for low score, the tie will be broken by best player not used in calculating the maximum score per squad regardless of position.

Should a dispute arise, Twilight will act as the league commish once the season starts. His decision is final. In scoring disputes, we'll defer to the scoring used by Twilight and his software. Scores are final as of midnite Tuesday, no matter what scoring changes occur during the week. BnB and Duke1948 will serve as commish prior to the season.

Time limits explained above. No additional time for the people on the tail end of the snake. Each league will be responsible for tracking their own time limit violations.

If you miss you selection, you can make it at any time, first come, first serve on who's left. I reserve the right to replace inactivity owners or make their make up picks for the intregrity of the league.

Pre-drafting via PM to another member is encouraged.

I don't recall reading that? Wouldn't matter much, but it would be nice to know.
