2006 NFL DRAFT (1 Viewer)

Broncos still have the 37th and 61st pick. Then they are quiet until the 119th.

As a Bronco fan, I think this was probably a good move, but I'm still concerned about WR...
Even as a Charger fan I can see that Plummer is not the answer. Denver has done well manuvering into getting a franchise QB which they have been missing since Elway retired. Denver can address their WR need in the 2nd round.

Cardinals will reach a Super Bowl before the Lions do.
come on... your negative attitude is killing me. you must have more years being a lions fan than I do. I can tell because I still have hope. What do you think the Lions should have done?

Bunkley

Cutler

in that order.

Perhaps it'll pan out for Sims but for how long? 5 concussions is an awful lot.

On the bright side we still have 2nd and 3rd picks to get decent D talent that could contribute this year.
Yea maybe they'll take Watson and Marinelli will be able to motivate his lazy ###.
Perhaps. He had a good combine supposedly.
He's got great talent, he's just lazy.

And their pass rush need...and their TE need...and their RB need...and...As a Charger fan you should be rejoicing that you just made up the ground you lost by taking Rivers over DeAngelo Hall.

Gotta think that the Jets are thinking Kellen Clemons with their late 1st rounder. I think he would seriously prosper in NY, plus they got the guy they wanted at 1.4.

Jets could be huge in the first round. Thoughts?

Rejoice that the Chargers secondary will have to stop Cutler throwing the ball instead of Plummer?

Kamerion Wimbley, aka Jamal Reynolds v. 2.0

Both went to FSU, both were drafted in the first round, both were smallish DE's, both will eventually in history as being sucktacular.

Man i like Cutler in Denver, but i really wanted Bunkley, and now it looks like could have got him, or a total stud in Winston Justice if we stayed put

Cutler's a year or two away from making an impact. Denver just spent their 1st and 3rd picks on a player who will have ZERO impact in 2006.As a Charger fan, I'm happy.

.Unless Justice is there SD will go CB/S.

No need to be worried about that. There aren't any worth drafting. But there are/is one worth trading for.

Yeah, Plummer's not the answer, but is Cutler? The knocks on him sound a lot like the knock's on Plummer...
