The 2006 SSLIV H2H is ready to get going. I need eveyone to check in to reserve your spot. Alternates are welcome in the event someone does not want to return. The following teams are invited and the draft order is:

The rules are as follows:
1. H2H-Best Ball format. IOW-no need to set line ups. You get credit for your best players that week just like survivor leagues.
2. Draft/Roster 18 rounds. Date Monday, 6/26/06, 8:00 AM. 8 hour clock with clock suspension midnight to 8:00 AM. If your on the clock and time expires during the suspended time then you are automatically extended until 8:00 AM. Time will be E.T. (easter time) No extra time at the turns (1st and 14th). If the last pick of the draft times out, he will lose the pick. As commish I will hold everyone to the rules to keep everything fair for all others. If you want to wait on your clock, as a courtesy, to allow an expired owner to draft you may do so. Be careful that you do not time out doing so. Pleas PM the mext person so we may keep the draft moving smoothly.
3. Staters: 1-QB, 2-RB, 3-WR, 1-TE, 1-K and 1-D/ST. Best ball format-no line up submissions.
4. Same scoring as our survivor leagues-see below.
5. No trades allowed. No free agency. No trading of draft positions.
6. Schedule TBD based on number of teams and division(s) but the regular season will be through week 13. Top team from each division (best record with points tie breaker) and the top 2 scoring team from each division as wildcards make the playoffs and play H2H to battle for the championship. Week 14 has the wildcards play with the winner facing the division winners week 15. Week 15 winners play for the championship week 16. Winner take all pot=$325. Twilight's fee waived for in lieu of site fee.
Cost: $25 to make it interesting and pay for site fees (if any), winner take all.
SCORING:
Pass-1 pt per 20 yds.
Rush/Receiving: 1 pt per 10 yds.
Recpt: 1 pt for all, 2 for TE's.
TD's-6 pts for all.
Kicker- 1 pt for EP made and 3 for all FG's made.
D/ST- note-Special Teams players do not get individual scoring credit. All points awarded to the D/ST only.
Points Allowed:
0 =5 pts.
1-6 =3 pts.
7-13=1 pts.
14 and above=0.
Yards Allowed:
0-199 =5pts.
200-249=3 pts.
250-299=1 pt.
300 and above =0.
Sacks=1 ea.
Int/Fum Rec=2 pts.
Safety=2 pts.
D/ST TD=6 pts for all.
