it must be getting close to draft time...

saw the first one this weekend...

by PFW... it can't have included the latest combine data, so it can't be considered comprehensive... i liked last years's, but haven't had time to explore this one in depth yet... i'll report back with my impressions...

4th & goal films is supposedly shipping 2007 edition of DVD blue chippers & hidden gems... i got their second one last year & would recommend it... not very long highlight packages (maybe one minute or so), & you could probably find a lot of this stuff on you tube with even more depth & longer highlights for peterson's, lynch's & calvin johnson's of the world...

it does have competent/insightful commentary (last year by brian baldinger) & for those in IDP leagues, there is nice breakdown by position (QB/RB/WR/TE/DL/LB/DB) about 10 deep... its about $15 ($20 after shipping)...

it seems like some of the bigger guides (coyle & kiper) start shipping more towards april... so they can incorporate & take into account the numbers from the pro day workouts circuit...

sporting news mag should be out shortly...

picked up sporting news & espn draft mags... that makes three i have seen so far, plus aforementioned scouting DVD that is supposedly on the way...
