Guys, I am seeing Mock drafts in here, but not a ton of discussion on every team and what they want. Different directions that they could go or whatnot.

1) Miami- Team needs LB, CB, WR, OL, QB.

I think that drafting Matt Ryan is now out of this discussion, which I think is a nice move b/c they need to give Beck a year to see if he is the guy. Drafting a QB on day two may be an option. RB is also out of the question until day two with Ronnie Brown, Ricky and Booker(3rd rounder last year). They need more weapons at WR(I don't believe in Ginn), help all over the Oline, OLB, ILB, and CB. The current contract talks with Jake Long would make him the favorite, with Gholston a close second. I think the current talks with Long will push down the $$$ for Gholston and he will be the pick. Although, I wouldn't be upset with either selection as the Dolphins have a long ways to go and both would be great pieces to that puzzle.

2) Rams - Team Needs DE, OL, WR, LB, S.

This pick will depend on Miami, as I believe if Jake Long is there, he will be the pick. They simple have too much invested on offense for it to get beat up for another season. However, they need to get pressure on the QB and with either Chris Long or Gholston combined with last years first round pick, Carricker, should provide the push that they need.

3) Falcons - Team Needs QB, DT, CB, LB

With all those picks in the 2nd round, the Falcons can pick the best available need player with their first pick. Is that Matt Ryan, Chris Long, Jake Long, Glen Dorsey? I have to believe that they will pass on Ryan and select a QB with one of the second round picks. That leaves Dorsey, Long, Gholston. I have to believe that it will be Dorsey. Mike Smith knows how much DT's set the tone for Defense and that should be the way he starts his tenure.

4) Oakland - Team Needs OT, DL, WR, RB

No way Oakland takes McFadden....right? It is Al Davis, so nobody knows. However, with resigning Fargas, rhodes, jordan, and Bush...they have no room. Jake Long, Chris Long, Dorsey, and Gholston. I believe that they will take whichever player falls to them.

5) Chiefs - Team Needs OL, DT, WR, CB, QB

Is Croyle the guy? We won't know what the Chiefs think until draft day. They need to improve that Oline more than any team in the league. They cannot hope for any hope on offense without improvement their. Improved DT play will help that entire defense and let those talented LB's roam. CB's are getting old, need another WR opposite Bowe as well. I will say Otah is this pick...but wouldn't be surprized with Clady.

6) Jets - LB, WR, CB, DE(3-4), OL Depth, QB, RB, S.

The Jets have some team needs with a 3-4 DE, 3-4 OLB, ILB that actually fits the scheme(not Vilma), a solid CB opposite Revis, solid safteys, RB/WR/QB only if they get a stud at those positions.

7) Patiots - CB, LB, LT, WR

They need secondary help due to FA, the obvious need at linebacker due to age, line help could be needed due to being exposed at the super bowl, WR help could be needed with the loss of Stallworth and will Jackson come through? DRC is the guy.

8) Baltimore - CB, QB, OL, DL

Their CB's are aging, they need a threat at QB, OL is in trouble and could get worse if Ogden retires, DL needs a replacement for Pryce. I will say new Coach Harbaugh will go with Ryan if he is available. He wants a new spotlight to the franchise.

9) Bengals - DL, LB, CB, WR

They need a WR now that Henry is gone and who knows with Chad/Housh not being happy. They need help at every major D position, but not just anybody. They need the right people with the talent AND character.

10) Saints - DL, LB, DB

They need defensive help. They brought in some defensive help via trades and FA. But they need more help on defense to help make more opportunities for that offense. Keith Rivers or one of the top CB's makes too much sense.

11) Buffalo - WR, DE, CB, TE, OT

They need a WR with some size and still need to replace Clements leaving at CB. I don't believe any WR is worth the 11th pick overall, so either they trade back for a WR or take the Best CB available.

12) Denver - DT, OL, WR, RB, S

Denver has had trouble stopping the run via the line for awhile now, if Ellis drops to them they will have to select him. The Denver Oline is not what it once was and now that Brandon Marshall wrestles professionally, they need another WR. Travis Henry isn't getting any younger and Selvin Young isn't the answer. Ryan Clady or Chris Williams here.

13) Carolina - OT, RB, DT, FS

The Panthers just need to get more productive and healthy. Chris Williams makes sense here as does Mendenhall or Stewart.

14) Chicago - OL, RB, S, DT, WR, QB

The Bears need help everywhere on offense and only a few spots on defense. The best way to fix an offense is through the lines, so addressing the offensive line is key for Chicago. Otah makes a lot of sense with their power run game.

15) Detriot - RB, OL, DE, LB.

The losses of Boss Bailey, Shaun Rogers, and Kevin Jones need to be addressed. Mendenhall will give the offense an identity.

More teams to come after I grab some food.
My :goodposting: is on a hot pocket, with a gummy bear garnish, and a juice box with bendy straw...
