2008 Season Playoffs (1 Viewer)

Most fantasy football fans are likely to be discouraged by these matchups and games from this postseason. While it hasn't exactly been very low scoring, the defenses have led the way:

Baltimore has won two games with a strong defense.
Pittsburgh dominated San Diego, with only 15 rushing yards given up.
Arizona surprised many with their defense, forcing 6 turnovers and taking Carolina out of their game. They also minimized Atlanta's Michael Turner (42 yards) and Matt Ryan. They forced three turnovers and scored on a fumble.
Philadelphia kept the Giants out of the end zone and gave up just one other TD in the playoffs to Adrian Peterson. So - given all that - the push for IDP leagues is likely to increase, IMHO.

Thoughts?

There are just as many playmakers on the defensive side of the ball. Having them on display in primetime can only help our cause. There's no reason to fear the IDP learning curve and rooting for the defensive playmakers doubles the fun on Sundays.

:goodposting: Until I started playing in an IDP league I would have thought what you were saying is silly. IDP leagues add a dimension to the game that makes fantasy football even better.
