In Chase's Rearview QB article he adjusts QBs' 2009 stats to reflect actual games played (including partial games) and strength of schedule.

With that as a starting place I took a few minutes to calculate each QB's attempts per full game played, and then his points per attempt (which is already adjusted for SOS since I used Chase's PPG totals).

The final number gives you a way to measure the 2009 QBs against each other without regard for how many games they missed, who they played or the number of attempts per game they had.
