It looks to be a wild off-season with coaching changes. Alot of big names available. Alot of lousy teams. Having both Jerry Jones and Dan Snyder completely desperate in the same off-season should be lots of fun.

So, who do you think goes where? Winner gets a cookie.

I predict:

Redskins: Cowher (his heart may go with Carolina, but the WAS/DAL money will be too much to pass up)

Cowboys: Shanahan

Panthers: Mike Fox (love to see Gruden here, but I have a bad feeling they'll stand pat)

Bills: Nobody I've ever heard of

Chargers: Kirk Ferentz (used to be the sexy name every season for an NFL job. a Big Ten title might get people open up the checkbook for him).

Titans: Fisher stays

Long shot call: Gruden to Houston

Holmgren to SD. Shanny would go there in a heartbeat but won't cause of the gm.

Cowher to Carolina

Dallas and Wash hire new puppet coaches of no name or consequence, AGAIN.

Turner goes to Buff, they won't pay a "name" enough to go there.

Tennessee - Gruden - Have a feeling that Adams will actually pull the trigger. Gruden will deploy his own version of the wildcat with Vince Young under center.Washington - Cowher - GM and Coaching responsibilities will lure him to the Capital.Dallas - Mike Holmgren - Jerry saw the flaw with a weak coach before and enjoyed some positive results with Parcells. I see him firing Phillips and turning to the proven Holmgren.San Diego - Shannahan - Smith and Turner will both be canned. Shannahan takes over fully.Buffalo - Jim Fassel - Lower wrung on cost however a proven New York winner. Wilson will like that combo. No one else will.Tampa Bay - Jason Garrett - The Raheem Morris experiment is over and Garrett will not turn down another HC job.Oakland - Brian Billick - just a hunch
