2010 (In Season) Dynasty Trades (1 Viewer)

Traded Steve Carolina Smith for Jared Cook. Salary cap league, no chance of keeping Smith next year at his salary, while Cook is cheap but deservedly so.

12-team PPR dynasty, contending this year with a ton of depth, trade with a rebuilder:

Traded:

Jamaal Charles

Malcolm Floyd

Eddie Royal

Matt Hasselbeck

2011 first (top 3 pick, probably)

for

Andre Johnson

Deon Butler

My roster now:

Brees, Fitzpatrick, Colt McCoy

Hillis, Ryan Mathews, Felix Jones, Pierre Thomas, Chris Wells

AJ, Fitzgerald, Jennings, Nicks, Dez Bryant, Deon Butler, Doucet, DHB, Brandon Lafell, Derrick Mason, Emmanuel Sanders, Mike Wallace, Chaz Schilens

Dallas Clark (IR), Dustin Keller, Ben Watson

Dan Carpenter

Seahawks DST

The trades in green involve me for a total of

Hill, Shaun DET QB, Maroney, Laurence DEN RB, Winslow, Kellen TBB TE

Henderson, John OAK DT, Peppers, Julius CHI DE, Lewis, Ray BAL LB, Brown, Sheldon CLE CB

Mesko, Zoltan NEP PN, Prater, Matt DEN PK

for

Campbell, Jason OAK QB, Brown, Ronnie MIA RB, Gilyard, Mardy STL WR, Williams, Stephen ARI WR

Maualuga, Rey CIN LB, Mathis, Rashean JAC CB

Jones, Donnie STL PN, Gostkowski, Stephen NEP PK

Year 2011 Round 4 Draft Pick

Salary cap league, out of the players I dealt I might have kept KW, the rest of the good players have salaries higher than I'd like or don't fit well with a rebuild. Out of the players I got; Gilyard, Maualuga and hopefully Williams will help.
and now traded Jason Campbell for Emmanuel Sanders, and the Smith for Cook trade was me as well. FWIW, I have Flacco, Freeman and Garrard, so Campbell was tradeable. I'm trading a lot, maybe too much but I'm just going after young guys with potential while trading players I most likely won't use.

Rebuilding is fun!

How many WRs/RBs do you start? Interesting trade given your WRs were already very good, especially with Dez coming on. I would count Charles as your best RB by far. Now you have a lot of decent guys - not sure who you're riding with.

1 RB, 2 WR, 2 RB/WR flex. AJ essentially takes Charles's spot starting. Hillis has been starting weekly.s

16 team IDP dynasty league, PPR. I'm 6-3 and my trade partner is 5-4. I gave: Tashard Choice, 2011 2nd round pick, 2011 4th round pickfor: LaDainian Tomlinson, 2011 3rd round pickHe's looking to go younger and I'm looking to win now, so I like the deal.
Wow. I really like this deal for you. LT is an RB1 this year. Choice is overrated, and never going to be a solid, secure starting RB, IMO. In a 16 team league, this could put you over the top.

Surprised at this one too. In most of my leagues the LT owner wants a 1st next year at a minimum.

5 year keeper league. .5 ppr for Wrs / TEs only.

Auction style with $160 salary cap. Salaries increase gradually.

Following trade went down (salaries in parenthesis):

Andre Johnson ($53)

Fred Jackson ($1)

for

Miles Austin ($4)

Beanie Wells ($12)

Austin owner was in first place and afraid he will tank with Kitna at qb. Johnson owner rebuilding for next year.

12 team PPR dynasty

Traded: Palmer, Randy and Santana Moss

Received: NcNabb, Wells, Hightower

Hard to gauge Randy's value not knowing where he'll be long term, but figured this was solid value. If he blows up, so be it, figured it was just as likely he stays mediocre.

16 team non PPR

Team A gave:

Mario Manningham

Mercedes Lewis

Lance Brigs

2011 2nd round pick

Team B gave:

DeAngello Williams

I'll be honest. I was surprised too he agreed to it, but despite being 5-4 I think he wants to get younger and really wanted the draft picks. I kind of chatted with him prior to the deal and said that I wasn't willing to give up too much for an aging RB. Maybe the pre-trade chatter worked... either way, I'm pleased I could get L.T. for the stretch run, even if it's just for that time.

12 Team PPR Dynasty with 22 Roster Spots (keep 16-22)

Prior to last week's games

Gave Blount for 2011 2nd and Forsett.

Today

Packaged that 2nd with my 2nd for Stewart.

My RBs have been my big weekness this year (P Thomas and Spiller have not helped at all) and I have started Bradshaw with (crap) since week 4. Still 1st in points at 5-3 and should make the playoffs

Lots of trades in my FFPC $750 Dynasty league this week as the trade deadline hit last night (1.5 TE PPR)

Some very strange trades

Giving up on Greene for a older QB, Giving up on Harvin so fast when he was killing it this year.

In the Jennings trade the projected pick will be from 1-4.

----------------------------------

Trade Away:

Percy Harvin (MIN)

Receive:

Brandon Tate (NWE)

2011 Draft, Rnd 4

----------------------------------

Trade Away:

Tom Brady (NWE)

Receive:

Ryan Fitzpatrick (BUF)

Shonn Greene (NYJ)

----------------------------------

Trade Away:

Eddie Royal (DEN)

Steve Slaton (HOU)

2011 Draft, Rnd 1 (from Evil Monkeys)

Receive:

New Orleans Saints (NOR)

Greg Jennings (GNB)

2011 Draft, Rnd 7

----------------------------------

Trade Away:

Lee Evans (BUF)

Receive:

Thomas Jones (KAN)

Two trades I made in the last few days...

I dealt: Chad OchoCinco, 2011 2nd round pick (currently the 2.08)

I got: 2011 1st (currently 1.10)

I dealt: my 2011 1st (currently 1.08)

I got: Beanie Wells

Lot of teams packed in the 4-4/5-3 range so those picks could move up or down a good bit

Yes I agree and we had an owner who was 7-1 and he quit the league because of this deal. The 1st round pick doesn't even project to be a top 5 pick as well.

I have LT and haven't gotten the kind of value for him in trade offers that I wanted, so instead I went a different route. 12 team IDP PPR:

Gave up: Green-Ellis, BenJarvus NEP RB

Got: Greene, Shonn NYJ RB

Today did the following trade in a 12 team PPR dynasty league

I gave: Spiller, 3rd

I got: Hernandez, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd

Traded Maclin and 2011 1st round ( looks like 1.01?!?!?), for A Johnson and 2011 3rd Round.

Looking at 2 potential deals before draft day deadline:

3rd round 2011 for T Choice

S Rice for S. Greene and 2011 2nd round

Opinions welcome!!!

Same league just saw R Torain dealt for a 2011 2nd rounder.

Anyone seen trades involving Brees? Trying to gauge his worth.How about Frank Gore?
I've been shopping Brees but so far no bites. If i get some offers I'll let you know what they are.Similar topic, has anyone moved Reggie Bush lately? I have an offer for 3 2nd rounders for him, but all of the 2nds are likely 2.5-2.10 range. Am i wrong to think Bush is still worth a 1st in a PPR league?

12-Team PPR

Frank Gore

Jimmy Graham

2011 1st (10-12)

2011 2nd

2011 3rd

2011 3rd

for

Arian Foster

Jason Witten

2011 1st (1-3)

Just traded Freeman for Romo.Obviously thrilled.
as much as I like Freeman, that's a great deal for the next 5 years.I gave Schaub for Romo, which I think is par value.
I like Freeman too. But I have Romo at the bottom of the top tier of QBs.I have Freeman in the third tier.This was a no brainer.
Freeman > Romo long term.
How long is long term? Does anyone really think 6 years into the future when making a trade? My rule of thumb is 3, as so much can change.

both on Friday in a 12 team PPR, start 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1 flex

Arian Foster + Devin Hester + Mario Manningham

for

Kenny Britt + Brandon Lloyd + Brandon Jackson

~~~~~~~
same league
Felix Jones
for
Vincent Jackson
I wouldn't pay a 1st to get him. I probably wouldn't pay 3 2nds either.
14 Team PPR .5/1/1.5 RB/WR/TE
I'm currently sitting at 3-6 and 13 out of 14 teams. Used waiver priority to pick up Jacob Tamme 2 or 3 weeks ago. Posted on the league message board today he was available and was SHOCKED to get 3 very good offers within 45 minutes. Is anyone projecting him to have significant post 2010 value?
Ended up trading Tamme for Golden Tate & a 2011 1st.
After the Henne news, I'm in a quandary at QB. I've got Romo out so I was relying on Henne.
I'm trying to get Fitzpatrick from an owner who also has Brady and Roethlisberger, so would you say a couple of low round draft picks would do the trick? He's 3-6 and looking for extra picks, I believe.
How low? Fitzpatrick is doing very well, I don't know that a 3rd/4th rounder would do it.
2 deadline deals that went down in my league, both of which left me scratching my head.
Peyton Manning
Jason Snelling
2012 2nd
2011 3rd (mid to late)
for
Tom Brady
Tashard Choice
2 2011 1sts (both guaranteed last 2 picks in the round)
and the other deal...
Miles Austin.
for
Jeremy Maclin.
