2010 NFL Draft QB Rankings Lammey - Garda (1 Viewer)

Thanks for putting this together, great read.

To me there are only 3 QBs worth drafting in most dynasty leagues, and that is Bradford, Clausen, and LeFevour (I agree with Lammey's ranking). Each one has question marks. If Bradford can prove he's completely healed from surgery, then he's #1 in my book. I'll do some more reading and watching highlights before I complete my decision on these QBs, but it's threads like this that really help with those decisions.

Why?I would never expect a rookie QB to be "the man" as a FFL QB so why would he need to be completely healed this year?

I'm looking for a QB I draft to be good for years, not for this year.

Not to talk for JohnnyU, but I would think it is because some people never come all the way back from surgery, wither physically or mentally. Also, if he plays too early, he might get re-injured. Bradford definitely carries more risk, both in the NFL and FF, if his shoulder looks behind schedule on draft day.

Great job with the rankings, fellas. I think the class of QBs is rather mediocre this year, but as Andrew Garda pointed out, there could be some true "diamonds in the rough" for teams to take in the later rounds, so you have to do your homework as a franchise and cover all the bases.

Yes, if he's not healed "this" year, then what makes anyone think he's going to be any better the year after? It's all about risk. If he proves healthy, then the risk is reduced. I wouldn't waste a 1st rd dynasty pick on damaged goods. I may not even do it for an early 2nd rd pick.

I feel like I'm the only person on the planet that doesn't believe in Clausen at the next level...time will tell.

1) thanks for all the props

2) I like Lefevour but haven't seen enough with my own eyes yet to pop him up further than I did. I WANTED to but felt it would be because of other people's ranking rather than my own. Will be working to correct that soon(ish) after I am done with my analysis of Dillon Panther QB Matt Sarason on Friday Night Lights.

I am REALLY unenthused for much of the QB class. Doesn't mean they will all fail. Just that I don't feel like there is a Stafford/Ryan guy who is in the 'GOTTA HAVE HIM' category. Almost all of them are projects and I'd rather grab one of those later than earlier. Especially when there is such value elsewhere.

This may change, just not feeling it yet.

Thanks again for reading guys.

I'm in a couple start 2 QB dynasty leagues, so I will be following these rankings closely. I know that it always depends on where they get drafted, situation, offensive scheme, etc. but who are the sure fire picks out of these guys? Usually 2-3 QBs get picked within the first 2 rounds of our rookie drafts. I wonder if that holds true this year if this QB class is as mediocre as has been reported.

How comfortable are you with your Clausen ranking?
