Does anybody have a link to the boxscore from this? Can't find it anywhere.
this might be the only one out there - http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/foo...tars/2010/02/06
Thanks Cecil, I'm disappointed that this game was followed and documented like the previous games there were a few guys I wanted to see. I wonder if it was to close to the Super Bowl and that's where everyone has focused there time.
I would hope, guys like Bernard Scott and Johnny Knox among others got noticed in this game last year and if their rookie seasons were any indication there is some long term potential with guys that play here. Thank you for all of this Cecil, at least someone in the business was doing their due diligence this week.

Good stuff!

I'm glad you got to see Curtis Steele. I'm not sure if he's starter material long-term, but he has skills to contribute in the right situation and he's one of my sleepers.

Thanks. I appreciate we get updates on even minor games like this. One of the few chances Perrilloux will get a chance to impress. I remember when he was the number one QB prospect out of high school.
I had someone that used to coach at LSU tell me that when Perrilloux was there he was by far the best athlete on the team. He's not the best QB here (Jonathan Crompton is) but he may have the highest upside. I like Perrilloux better than Max Hall, Mike Kafka, Todd Reesing, Matt Nichols, Daryl Clark, Sean Canfield, (plus the other QBs here not named Crompton).

His off the field stuff may keep him from getting drafted, but teams have loved what they've seen down here. He's definitely going to have some offers if someone doesn't select him.
Did he also mention RP was one of the biggest headcases on the team? Maybe he grew out of it.BTW, can anyone explain to me how Perrilloux ended up playing for the Texas side in this game?

I think they lifted the geographical restrictions this year, but I'm not 100% sure

So he just got to pick a team? Dude has no Texas ties. Born in and played h.s. football in Louisiana, then college ball at LSU and Jacksonville State. If there are no geographic restrictions, what's the point of the game?
