2011 NFL Draft - IDP Rookie Prospects (1 Viewer)

I've seen a lot of talk about next year's crop of rookies on the offensive side. Who are some of the top IDP prospects in the upcoming draft?
DE- Rookies don't make immediate impact, but one rookie might have potential to be Julius Peppers heir apparent who had a remarkable rookie season, 28 solos, 7 assists, 12 sacks, and 1 INT in his rookie season. De'Quan Bowers figures to be the #1 draft pick and should put up big numbers.JJ Watt, Ryan Kerrigan, Cameron Heyward, Robert Quinn, Aldon Smith our rookie DE that have solid potential to get immediateDT- Will there be another Ndamkong Suh in the 2011, whose rookies stats are amazing for a rookie DT 49 solos, 17 assists, 10 sacks, 1 INT, 1 FF, and 1 missed xp. The one player who might be able to replicate those numbers maybe Nick Fairley who had 13 sacks in his junior campaign.Marcel Dareus, Phil Taylor, Drake Nevis, Marvin Austin, & Jurrell Casey maybe draftable rookies in deeper leaguse that require you start a full defenseOLB- Von Miller and Akeem Ayers are the top OLB's for the draft, Von Miller 38 solos 30 assist, 11 sacks and one INT, Akeem Ayers 45 solos 23 assists 4 sacks and 2 INTs. Potential of these players breaking out is slim, but it also dependent on what team ends up drafting these players.Brian Rolle, Mark Herzlich, Spencer Paysinger, Justin Houston could also be draftable rookies.ILB- Rookie ILB are the biggest bang for the buck when it comes to IDP leagues, James Laurnitas had an amazing rookie year two years ago where he 107 solos, 13 assists, 2 sacks, and 2 ints. My opinion is family pedigree is a good indicator of a players potential, so my rookie ILB is none other than Casey Matthews. In his senior season he had 34 solos, 39 assists, 3 Interceptions, and 3 sacks.Greg Jones, Martez Wilson, Quan Sturdivant, Kelvin Sheppard could all find starting roles if they land in the right place.CB- If you have to play CB in an IDP league rookies are always a good choice as they are most likely to be targeted by opposing teams and usually CB's have there most productive seasons early in their careers. Patrick Peterson is likely a top three draft pick and could also provide special team touchdowns. Peterson had 29 solos, 13 assists, and 4 INT his junior year at LSU.Prince Amukamara, Brandon Harris, Chimdi Chekwa, and Chris L. Rucker could find starting roles in the NFL next seasonS- It is rare to have a rookie safety have a stellar IDP year, but Eric Berry may have set the bar high with 77 solos, 15 assists, 2 sacks and 4 INTs for a rookie season. The one rookie that I believe may challenge those numbers is Ahmad Black who had a monster senior season at Florida with 74 solos, 35 assists, 1 sack and 5 INTs. Watch where Black lands as he could be a big pickup for IDP leagues next year.DeAndre McDaniel, Tyler Sash, Rahim Moore, Quinton Carter could have immediate impact next year depeding on who drafts them.It will be interesting to watch the NFL combine and draft and players could surprise and vault their draft status
